A couple of weeks ago Brooke, Connor, and I headed down to Marshall Library to do her stylized shoot. We spent the bulk of the time inside Drinko Library, but we made sure to go out and enjoy the crazy winter weather or 90 and sunny too.
So far this winter I have managed to avoid rolling in the snow to shoot. I’ve been lucky that we’ve had a VERY mild winter so it hasn’t even really been an issue.
However, I woke up the morning of Jen’s session and there was a nice dusting of snow on the ground that didn’t melt the second the sun came out. We spent some time together at the French Art Colony and now we bide our time for Kellen to make his appearance.
First off, I announced the winner on the fanpage the other day. Something was screwy with my blog and I couldn’t get anything to post.
So I apologize if there was anyone that didn’t see the announcement on the fanpage and was waiting here, on the blog.
Secondly, good gracious you guys made it hard on me!! I had so many absolutely fantastic Pinterest boards. I hope I get to do even half of the fantastic ideas that people came up with, they are seriously fantastic.

is a library themed mother and son shoot. Both share a love of books and want to take that love and show it in their photos.
We will be shooting her stylized session in the Marshall University Drinko Library later this month and I cannot wait to share with everyone. I’ve got a few ideas up my sleeve as this is a concept that I’ve had in my head for a while and when I saw her board it really called to me.
